Claudia Lovas

Claudia P. Lovas is a Regional Managing Attorney with Claudia P. Lovas & Associates at American Family Insurance. Ms. Lovas is a successful trial attorney with over 20 years of experience. Throughout her legal career, Ms. Lovas represented various insurance companies and their insureds in litigation throughout New York and defended religious institutions, nursing homes, and other not-for-profit organizations. Previously, Ms. Lovas was a Regional Managing Attorney with the Law Offices of Lovas & Naqvi at GuideOne Insurance Company and worked in private practice at L’Abbate, Balkan, Colavita & Contini as an Insurance Defense Attorney as well as a Litigation Associate at Zawacki, Everett & Gray.

Ms. Lovas’ career also includes time as Staff Counsel at GE Financial Assurance and as a Plaintiff’s Attorney for Brand, Brand and Burke.

Ms. Lovas holds a Juris Doctorate from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Ms. Lovas is licensed to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms.
