Residential Energy Affordability Partnership
If your having trouble managing your electric bill- then
LIPA’s Residential Energy Affordability Partnership (REAP) could
be the answer. REAP can help lower-income households throughout
the LIPA service territory better control their energy use. That
means lower electric bills. REAP can also make your home
healthier and safer, and link you to other low-income services.
Most importantly, REAP will let you know how you can use less
energy by being energy efficient. And LIPA may even install
certain energy-saving devices to make your home more energy
efficient.
